A: Most local deliveries are made within 1–3 business days. We’ll confirm your delivery date when your order is placed.

Q: Do you ship outside of the local area?
A: At this time, we primarily serve our local community with delivery and in-store pickup. For larger orders outside the area, please contact us.

Returns

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase with a receipt. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Q: Can I return special-order items?
A: Special-order items may be subject to a restocking fee and must be returned within 7 days. Please ask our team for specific terms when ordering.
